Ebonyline is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for most unused beauty products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, cut, or altered in any way.

Return Process

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
